Fully equipped, including tableware, cutlery, cookware, and linens, in addition to new large and small appliances. Antique butcher block. Great cook’s kitchen and spacious enough for caterers. Kitchen staples on hand, including teas and Martha’s Cottage special blend of coffee.

Dining Room
Gas antique parlor stove. Table expands to seat 8 to 10. Table linens available. Antique secretary has space for laptop computer. DSL connection.

Downstairs Bedroom
Queen bed; 800-count cotton bed linens; down comforter and pillows; cotton quilt. Large closet.

Antique clawfoot tub; walk-in shower; luxurious, plush cotton bath linens.

Rear patio and yard
Backyard can accommodate wedding receptions and other occasions. Patio has fire pit and gas barbecue. Landscaped backyard includes walnut, filbert, and apple trees and a vegetable plot with blackberries, raspberries, and volunteer tomatoes.

Front yard
