Convenient Access

• Easy access from Portland, the Pacific Coast, Interstate-5, and area towns. 
• 10 minutes from downtown McMinnville. 
• Approximately one hour from Portland International Airport (PDX).
• About five minutes from the McMinnville Municipal Airport, which accommodates general aviation with a lighted instrument landing system runway of 5,418 x 150 feet. The airport has a 1,000-foot paved stopway on the departure end of runway 22, providing capacity to handle corporate jet aircraft.

Rental Rates and Policies

Rates—$200/night.  Weekly and monthly discounts available (call or email for more information).  A one-night deposit is charged at time of booking.   We accept Visa and MasterCard.   Rates subject to change without notice.

Minimums—Two-night minimum, with the exception of the following holidays and special events, which require a three-night minimum:  Memorial Weekend, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Oregon Pinot Camp, and International Pinot Noir Celebration.

Gift certificates & baskets—Gift certificates are available.  Guest baskets with an assortment of Oregon wines and specialties are also available in several price ranges.  Call or email us for more information.

Confirmation—Upon receipt of the reservation and deposit, we will send you a full rental agreement, security information, and other details.

Occupancy—We reserve the right to refuse reservations or service as we see fit.  Occupancy is restricted to six adults.  Pets are not allowed.

Accessibility—We are a historical property and not retrofitted for full accessibility.  However, steps to the front entry and backyard are minimal and low-rise, and a bedroom and bath with walk-in shower are available on the ground floor.

Cancellations—Being a small cottage, cancellations affect us greatly.  If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, in which case your deposit will be refunded less a $50 service charge.  Your deposit is nonrefundable if your reservations are cancelled fewer than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Check-in & check-out—Check-in is 4 p.m.  Check-out is Noon.

Guest Courtesies

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed at Martha’s Cottage; a designated outdoor smoking area is provided in rear yard.  Failure to observe this request will result in a $250 fee charged to your credit card.

We observe an 11 p.m. quiet-time due to the Cottage’s residential location.  Parking is ample and generally restricted to Cottage property.

Food service is not included.  You are welcome to prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen.  Guest documents will include information for nearby grocery markets as well as approved caterers.

Cottage housekeeping and laundry occur at the completion of your stay, and are included in the rental price.  Additional housekeeping services are available at an extra fee.  Personal housekeeping equipment and supplies are available to guests.
